About me

English	My name is Nicolas Stöcklein. I was born and I grew up in Bamberg in Franconia. My first steps in the world of acting happened in school theatre. Since languages have always been a great passion to me, I studied English and French as a translator. Afterwards I attended acting school in Bavaria which I finished successfully. Since then, my focus is on the work in front of the camera. I took over parts in German television, my latest project was the interpretation of the industrialist Johann Friedrich Klett in „1806 - the Nuremberg saga„ for the TV Channel BR (Bavarian Broadcasting).

French	Je m’appelle Nicolas Stöcklein. Je suis né et j’ai grandi à Bamberg en Franconie. C’était déjâ à l’école que j’ai découvert ma passion pour le métier d’acteur. Cependant, je cédais d’abord ma deuxème passion pour les langues et commencais des études de traducteur d‘anglais et de francais. Mais après ca, finalement, je suivais des cours d’art dramatique pendant quatre ans à l’académie à Regensburg en Bavière. Après avoir terminé avec diplôme, je me focalise maintenant sur le travail devant la caméra et j’ai interprété quelques rôles pour la télévision allemande comme par exemple, récemment, l’incarnation de l’industriel Johann Klett dans „1806 la Nuremberg saga" pour le BR (Radiodiffusion bavaroise).

German	Mein Name ist Nicolas Stöcklein. Ich bin im schönen Bamberg in Oberfranken geboren und aufgewachsen. Dort ist auch meine Leidenschaft zur Schauspielerei erwacht, der ich erstmals im Schultheater nachging. Nach Beendigung der Schule, folgte ich jedoch zunächst meiner Affinität zu Sprachen und absolvierte eine Ausbildung zum Fremdsprachenkorrespondenten und Übersetzer für die Sprachen Englisch und Französisch. Im Anschluss stellte ich dann aber endlich meinen Hang zum Schauspiel auf professionelle Pfeiler und studierte vier Jahre lang Schauspiel an der Akademie für darstellende Kunst Bayern. Seither lege ich meinen Fokus auf die Arbeit vor der Kamera und durfte bereits in Produktionen wie Aktenzeichen XY... oder auch im historischen Bereich in der Produktion „1806 Die Nürnberg Saga" für den BR \| Bayerischer Rundfunk mitwirken.
