About me

English	Growing up Julia Nika Neviandt wanted to be a pirate. Or pope. Instead she we went on to complete a three-year full-time musical theatre training in Munich, Germany. In the following years she regularly took the stage with musical theatre galas and her cover band, but soon decided to focus on acting. To brush up her acting chops she took numerous screen acting classes in Munich, and in 2014 studied Acting Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, UK. Apart from many short films and image spots, she has appeared as a Guest Star in the wildly successful Bavarian soap opera “Dahoam is Dahoam” ("Home is Home"), in the TV movie “Irgendwas bleibt immer” (“Something always stays”), and in the 3rd season of the award-winning series “Parliament”. On stage she took on the part of Sibyl Chase in Noël Coward’s “Die Hochzeitsreise” (“Private Lives”). Since 2015 Julia also works as a writer. With a colleague she wrote two episodes of the German crime-action series “Alarm für Cobra 11 – Die Autobahnpolizei” ("Alarm for Cobra 11 – The Highway Police"), created and wrote the detective noir series “Dunkelstadt” (“Darktown”), worked on the reboot of “Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction” and published the novel “Schatten über Colonia” (“Shadows over Colonia”), a murder mystery set in Roman-Germanic Cologne 87 AD. Nonetheless, Julia’s first love is and will always be acting, and to further hone her skills she’s always on the lookout for workshops and masterclasses. Apart from acting, Julia still enjoys singing and dancing, but also likes to try new things like gun shooting or Krav Maga. As a writer and as an actor she’s mostly drawn to smart and witty characters as well as those with a dark and twisted side. Julia is based in Germany and England.

French	En grandissant, Julia Nika Neviandt voulait être pirate. Ou le pape. Au lieu de cela, elle a suivi une formation de trois ans à plein temps en comédie musicale à Munich, en Allemagne. Dans les années qui suivent, elle monte régulièrement sur scène avec des galas de comédie musicale et son groupe de reprises, mais décide bientôt de se concentrer sur le métier d'actrice. Avec un collègue, elle a écrit deux épisodes de la série policière allemande "Alarm für Cobra 11" ("Alerte Cobra"), créé et écrit la série policière noire "Dunkelstadt", travaillé sur le reboot de "Beyond Belief : Fact or Fiction" et a publié "Schatten über Colonia" ("Ombres sur Colonia"), un roman policier qui se déroule dans la Cologne germano-romaine de l'an 87 de notre ère. Néanmoins, le premier amour de Julia est et restera toujours la comédie, et pour perfectionner ses compétences, elle est toujours à l'affût d'ateliers et de cours de maître. En dehors de la comédie, Julia aime toujours chanter et danser, mais elle aime aussi essayer de nouvelles choses comme le tir au pistolet ou le Krav Maga. En tant qu'auteur et acteur, elle est surtout attirée par les personnages intelligents et pleins d'esprit, ainsi que par ceux qui ont un côté sombre et tordu. Julia est basée en Allemagne et en Angleterre.

German	Als Kind wollte Julia Nika Neviandt Pirat werden. Oder Papst. Stattdessen absolvierte sie eine Musicalausbildung in München, und stand regelmäßig in Musicalgalas und mit Coverbands auf der Bühne, entschied sich aber bald, sich auf die Schauspielerei zu konzentrieren. An der München Film Akademie (MFA) vertiefte das Spiel vor der Kamera, und um auch ihr klassisches Schauspiel aufzupolieren, verbrachte sie den Sommer 2014 in London und belegte ein Semester „Acting Shakespeare“ an der Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). Seitdem hat sie nicht nur in zahlreichen Kurzfilmen mitgewirkt, sondern auch bei der bayerische Daily „Dahoam ist Dahoam“, dem TV-Film „Irgendwas bleibt immer” und der dritten Staffel der preisgekrönten Serie „Parlament“. Auf der Bühne übernahm sie die Rolle der Sibyl Chase in Noël Cowards „Die Hochzeitsreise”. Seit 2015 ist Julia auch als Autorin tätig. Mit einem Kollegen schrieb sie 2 Episoden für „Alarm für Cobra 11“, kreierte und schrieb die Detektiv-Noir-Serie „Dunkelstadt“, war im Autorenteam des Reboots von „X-Factor: Das Unfassbare“, und veröffentlichte den Roman „Schatten über Colonia“, ein Krimi im römischen Köln 87 n. Chr. Dennoch bleibt das Schauspiel Julias Priorität, und sie besucht regelmäßig Workshops und Masterclasses, um ihren Schauspiel-Muskel weiter zu trainieren. Darüber hinaus singt und tanzt sie nach wie vor gerne, doch liebt es auch Neues auszuprobieren, wie Schießen oder Krav Maga. Julia lebt in Deutschland und England.
